If your register isn't setup as a "Plant and Equipment" register the instructions below won't apply
Companies associated to your project have the ability to add to your Plant and Equipment register from the invitation they receive when invited to the project. This is the same email they receive when you request other documents such as Insurances for the project. A guide on how to send this can be found here.
How to request plant without also asking for other documents
You can generate a new request that doesn't include a reference to other documents such as insurances from the company directory.
To do this, toggle off the "Request Documents" option when issuing the invitation.
You will then have the option sending an email to the company containing a link that they can use to upload plant or you can generate the link by choosing the "Copy Invite Link" button.
When the recipient opens the link they will see an section where they can add plant to the project.
