Companies associated to your project have the ability to add to your Plant and Equipment register from the invitation they receive when invited to the project. Once submitted your team can complete the "review checklist" to and update the status of the register item to indicate whether it has been accepted.

How to identify what plant requires review
Items on your register that require review will have a "Waiting Review" status assigned.
How to review your plant
To review your plant complete the associated "Review Form" which is located in the "Processing Forms" tab. If your team hasn't set one up there may be no form here to complete.

Once you have completed the "Review Form" update the status to "Reviewed" if you are happy for the item to come to site or "Changes requested" if you required the upload form be resubmitted prior to the plant arriving on site.
