What this does
You can request documents such as SWMS, insurances, and SDS from subcontractors.
This helps ensure you collect the required documentation for your project.
How to use it
You can request documents when inviting a subcontractor or by sending a separate document request later.
Step-by-step instructions
Log in to BuildPass.
Open your project.
Go to Companies.
Click Assign to project.
(Optional) Add the Company if they are not already listed.
Click On this project tab.
Click Invite to project next to the Company.
Select the documents you want to request, such as:
SWMS
Insurances
SDS
Click Send Invite.
Important to know
You can customise which documents are required for each subcontractor
Requesting insurances is optional
Subcontractors will only be asked to upload the documents you select
You can send additional requests at any time if documents are missing or need updating
