Adding companies to a project lets you manage them, request documents, and control who is working on the site.
Step 1 — Select the Project
Log in to BuildPass.
Use the project selector in the top-left corner to choose the relevant project.
Step 2 — Open Companies
Navigate to Companies.
At the top of the page, select All Companies.
Step 3 — Assign Companies to the Project
From the list, tick the checkbox next to each company you want to add.
Click Assign to Project.
Step 4 — Confirm Companies on the Project
Switch to On This Project at the top of the page.
You should now see the companies you’ve added.
Step 5 — Invite Companies to the Project
If the companies haven’t been invited yet:
Select the company or companies.
Click Invite to Project.
From the invitation window, you can:
Send the project invite
Request the required documents at the same time
