How do I assign a company to a project?

Assign companies to your BuildPass project.

Adding companies to a project lets you manage them, request documents, and control who is working on the site.

Step 1 Select the Project

  • Log in to BuildPass.

  • Use the project selector in the top-left corner to choose the relevant project.

Step 2 Open Companies

  • Navigate to Companies.

  • At the top of the page, select All Companies.

Step 3 Assign Companies to the Project

  • From the list, tick the checkbox next to each company you want to add.

  • Click Assign to Project.

Step 4 Confirm Companies on the Project

  • Switch to On This Project at the top of the page.

  • You should now see the companies you’ve added.


Step 5 — Invite Companies to the Project

  • If the companies haven’t been invited yet:

    • Select the company or companies.

    • Click Invite to Project.

  • From the invitation window, you can:

    • Send the project invite

    • Request the required documents at the same time
