How to Download a Site Diary as a PDF
Follow the steps below to download an existing Site Diary as a PDF.
Step 1: Select the Correct Project
Log in to BuildPass and ensure the correct project is selected.
Step 2: Open the Site Diary Module
From the project menu, navigate to Site Diary.
Step 3: Open a Previous Site Diary
Locate the Site Diary you want to download and click it once to open the entry.
Step 4: Access the Download Options
When the diary opens, you’ll see the same view used when creating or editing a Site Diary.
Step 5: Open the More Menu
Click More in the top-right corner of the page to open additional options.
Step 6: Download as PDF
Select Download as PDF from the dropdown menu.
Step 7: Save the PDF
The PDF will open in a new browser tab or window.
Save the file to your device as needed.
