How do I copy a site diary?

Step 1: Select the Correct Project

  • Log in to the BuildPass Admin app.

  • Ensure the correct project is selected from the project dashboard or dropdown.

Step 2: Open the Site Diary Module

  • Navigate to Site Diary from the project menu to view all existing diary entries.

Step 3: Copy a Site Diary

  • Locate the Site Diary entry you want to copy.

  • Click the Copy (or duplicate) option associated with that diary.

Step 4: Choose the Diary Date

  • When prompted, select the date for the new Site Diary.

  • You can choose today, a past date, or a future date, depending on your requirements.

Step 5: Review and Update Details (Optional)

  • Once the diary has been copied, review the information carefully.

  • Update any details such as:

    • Weather conditions

    • Attendance

    • Work descriptions

    • Photos or attachments

Step 6: Save the Copied Site Diary

  • Click Save to finalise the new Site Diary entry.

    Copying Site Diaries helps streamline record-keeping while maintaining accurate site documentation. Always review copied entries to ensure the information is correct for the selected date.
