To save time when setting up your account, you can bulk upload all your projects directly from the Projects module in the Builder app.
To do this:
In the top banner, select + New → New Project
From the left-hand navigation, go to the Projects module
Select More → Bulk Project Upload
Choose one of the following options:
Select Download Template to fill in project details using the BuildPass format
Or upload your own .csv file directly
If you're using the template:
Make sure there are no duplicates (e.g. don’t list the same project name more than once)
Check that all required fields are filled in correctly
Once the file is uploaded:
Entries with missing information will be marked as invalid
Important Note: Duplicate projects will need to be resolved manually so that only one version remains
After reviewing, select Bulk Import Projects to complete the upload
You have now successfully uploaded your projects! They will appear shortly in the BuildPass Admin portal.
