To connect your Procore account with BuildPass:
Navigate to Settings → Integration, then click Connect on Procore.
Click Continue to confirm that BuildPass will connect to your data.
Select "Install our app from the marketplace" – this will open the Procore login page.
Log into Procore, choose your company, and install the app.
Back in BuildPass, confirm:
I am the company admin
The app has been installed
6. Click Log in with Procore and complete login.
7. After logging in, select your company and click Confirm.
Once connected, BuildPass will begin syncing your projects, companies, and site logs. You’ll also see a new Procore tab in the Integrations section, showing the status of the synced data.
When will my Procore changes appear in BuildPass?
Changes made in Procore are automatically synced to BuildPass, but this doesn't always happen instantly. In most cases your updates will come through within a few minutes, but during busier periods it can take up to 15–30 minutes.
If your changes still haven't appeared after 30 minutes, please reach out to our Support team so we can look into it for you. If data is not appearing in the expected folders in Procore, ensure that all the data you want shared between the accounts is enabled in the integration settings (Settings > More settings, Integrations tab).
Please note that sync times will vary depending on the amount of data being synced — larger data sets will naturally take longer. If issues persist, verify that your integration settings are correctly configured.
How to sync all Procore vendors and projects at once
BuildPass's Procore integration lets you sync all your Procore vendors and projects into BuildPass in a single action. Instead of manually checking each vendor or project one by one and waiting for each to complete, you can trigger a bulk sync and let BuildPass handle the rest in the background.
Why use bulk sync
If your company has a large number of Procore vendors — sometimes in the thousands — manually syncing them page by page is time-consuming and easy to miss. The bulk sync removes that burden entirely, letting you kick off the process and move on while BuildPass creates and syncs all your Procore vendors and projects automatically.
How to sync all Procore vendors and projects at once
Step 1 — Go to Settings > Integrations on the left-hand side menu.
Step 2 — Click Configure on Procore.
Step 3 — Click on the Projects or Companies tab, click the Sync/create all button.
Step 4 — Let BuildPass do the work. BuildPass will now automatically create and sync all your Procore vendors and projects in the background. You don't need to stay on the page — the process continues while you do other things.
Once complete, all your Procore vendors will appear as subcontractors (Companies) in BuildPass and your Procore projects will be linked and ready to use.
