How can I setup the BuildPass integration with Buildxact?

The BuildPass integration with Buildxact will allow you to sync projects, import companies, and send BuildPass documents to Buildxact

Instructions

Here's how to set up your integration between BuildPass and Buildxact:

  • Navigate to the Settings > click on Integrations
    In the Buildxact card, click on "Connect"
    ​

  • You will be prompted to sign in to your Buildxact account.
    Once signed in, Authorize Buildpass to access your Buildxact account by clicking "Accept"
    ​

  • You'll be redirected back to BuildPass, where your Buildxact details will be connected and ready to use.
    ​

  • You can configure the integration to:

    • Import Buildxact jobs into BuildPass as new projects

    • Link existing BuildPass projects to Buildxact jobs

      • We'll suggest potential matches to prevent duplicate entries

    • Import Buildxact contacts into BuildPass as new companies

      • We'll verify ABNs to prevent duplicate entries

    • Match existing companies with Buildxact contacts

    • Send documents from BuildPass to linked Buildxact jobs

Connecting BuildPass Projects to Buildxact Jobs

You can link Buildxact jobs to an existing or new project in BuildPass under Settings > Integrations > Configure

Connecting BuildPass Companies to Buildxact Contacts

You can link Buildxact contacts to an existing or new company in BuildPass under Settings > Integrations > Configure

Sending a document to Buildxact

You can send project documents by clicking on Project Documents > selecting the document you want to share > clicking More > Send to Buildxact

This is only visible for projects that are connected to a Buildxact job.

Viewing Logs

See all actions that have occurred after a Buildxact integration is set up by going to Settings > Integration > Configure
