What is Premier?

Premier Construction Software is a cloud-based ERP platform designed for the construction industry. It integrates financials, job costing, project and field management, AI, and predictive intelligence into one system. It helps general contractors, owners, and developers streamline workflows, enhance collaboration, and improve decision-making. Premier also supports multi-project and multi-company management, automates approvals, and offers real-time reporting. It’s hosted on Microsoft Azure for security and scalability.

How can I setup the integration?

To connect their BuildPass account with Premier, users need to visit https://app.buildpass.com.au/admin/settings/integrations, or go to Settings → Integrations

After clicking "Connect", a pop-up will appear asking you to log in with your Premier API credentials.

💡Tip: If you don’t have the necessary credentials, they need to reach out to their Premier account admin to get access.

Once logged in, the pop-up will close, and you will see that the account is now connected to Premier.

When clicking "Configure", another pop-up will appear, prompting to select a Premier company. This is because Premier accounts can have multiple sub-accounts (they called them Company).

Once selected a Premier company, the integration tabs will appear, and you can start syncing Premier Jobs and Vendors.

Integration Features

Once connected, your team can:

Import Premier jobs into BuildPass as new projects
Link existing BuildPass projects to Premier jobs
Import Premier vendors into BuildPass as new companies
Match existing companies with Premier vendors

💡 Tip: During the import process for both projects and companies, we will identify potential matches to prevent duplicate entries. For companies, we will also verify their ABN to enhance accuracy and avoid duplication.
