This article should cover:

  • How to setup automated syncing for all new projects (Settings)

  • How to manually bring a project from Procore and select "Create New" if it doesn't exist on BP already (Integrations page)

  • How to connect an existing project on BuildPass by choosing the linked project on Procore (Integrations page)

Easily link and sync projects and subcontractor data between Procore and BuildPass for seamless integration.

Why isn't my existing project syncing with ProCore?

Checking Existing Integration Settings

To ensure your project and subcontractor data syncs properly, start by navigating to Settings and then Integrations within your BuildPass account. Here, confirm that the integration is enabled to sync project data and subcontractors.

Verifying Protocol Link in Project Settings

Next, go to Settings > Projects in BuildPass to verify that the Protocol link has been correctly established for the project. If the link is missing, this may indicate that the integration settings were not configured when the project was first created.

Setting Up the Protocol Link

To create the Protocol link, return to Integrations and select Configure Protocol Integration. Use the search field to locate your project, matching it with the relevant Protocol project ID (e.g., CH2WMBA).

Resyncing Project Data

After linking, resync the data by refreshing the subcontractor list. Wait a few moments, then refresh to see the synced subcontractor information populate in BuildPass.
