How do I reconnect my Procore integration in BuildPass?

If your Customer Success Manager has asked you to reconnect your Procore integration, you can complete this quickly from the BuildPass admin portal. Your existing settings and connections will be preserved.

Reconnect Procore without losing your settings or links

If your Customer Success Manager has asked you to reconnect your Procore integration, you can complete this quickly from the BuildPass admin portal. Your existing settings and connections will be preserved.

Here’s how to reconnect:

  1. In the BuildPass admin portal, go to Settings and open Integrations

  2. Select your existing Procore integration and click Continue

  3. Choose Configure, then open the Settings tab at the top of the page

  4. Scroll down and click the red Remove Integration button

    Note: this won’t delete your settings or break any connections

  5. After the integration is removed, return to SettingsIntegrations, then click Connect under Procore

  6. Click Continue to confirm that BuildPass will connect to your data

  7. Select Install our app from the marketplace – this will open the Procore login page

  8. Log into Procore, choose your company, and install the app

  9. Back in BuildPass, confirm:

    • I am the company admin

    • The app has been installed

  10. Click Log in with Procore and complete login

  11. After logging in, select your company and click Confirm

Your Procore integration will now reconnect, and all of your previous settings and connections will be automatically restored.
