Step 1: Access the Project
Navigate to the project overview or dashboard in BuildPass.
Ensure you are viewing the correct project.
Step 2: Open Photos
Go to the Photos section.
Locate the image you want to trace back to its source.
Step 3: Open the Image
Click on the image to view it in detail.
Step 4: View Image Details
Once the image is open, review the available image details.
Step 5: Identify the Upload Date
Note the date the image was uploaded.
This can help narrow down where and when the image was added.
Step 6: Access the Related Site Diary
If available, click the link or option that takes you directly to the Site Diary entry where the image was uploaded.
Step 7: Review the Site Diary
Within the Site Diary, review the related content for additional context, such as:
Work descriptions
Comments or notes
Other photos uploaded the same day
