How do I run a toolbox?

Run a scheduled toolbox meeting and record attendance and discussion details.

Running a toolbox in BuildPass allows you to document what was discussed, mark attendance, and finalise the meeting record.


Step 1: Select the Project

  • Log in to BuildPass.

  • Use the project selector in the top-left corner to choose the relevant project.


Step 2: Open Toolboxes

  • Navigate to Toolboxes from the menu.

  • Locate the toolbox you want to run.


Step 3: Start the Toolbox

  • Click the three dots (More) next to the toolbox.

  • Select Run to begin the toolbox session.


Step 4: Complete Toolbox Details

  • Enter any required information for the toolbox.

  • This may include:

    • Notes on what was discussed

    • Safety topics covered

    • Any additional comments or attachments


Step 5: Save the Toolbox

  • Once all details are entered, click Save to finalise the toolbox.

The toolbox will now be recorded with attendance and notes saved for future reference.
