In BuildPass, a company induction is a pre-arrival orientation process for workers.

When someone is invited to upload files to BuildPass, they also receive a separate link for the company induction. Business owners or admins can share this link with workers, who can complete the induction before arriving on site.

The induction can be completed using:

  • The mobile app, or

  • A web browser

Viewing Completed Company Inductions

After a worker completes the company induction:

  • The details appear in a dedicated section within BuildPass

  • Worker information is shown on the right-hand side

  • Uploaded certifications and licences are visible

  • The induction can be marked as Reviewed after it has been checked

Company inductions are configurable to suit company requirements and help ensure onboarding steps are completed before workers attend site.
