What Is a Company Induction?
A company induction is an onboarding process for workers who are attending your site for the first time. It ensures workers understand:
Company policies
Site rules and expectations
Safety procedures and requirements
Company inductions help improve safety, consistency, and compliance before workers begin work.
Where to Find Company Inductions
If company inductions are enabled on your account:
Navigate to the Safety section in BuildPass
Select Company Inductions
From here, you can manage and review company induction content.
What If I Can’t See Company Inductions?
If Company Inductions does not appear in your menu, the feature is not currently enabled on your account.
How to Enable Company Inductions
To enable company inductions:
Contact the BuildPass support team and request activation
Once enabled, the option will appear in your Safety menu.
