Generating a PDF of an induction allows you to save or share a completed worker induction outside of BuildPass.
Step 1: Open Site Inductions
Log in to BuildPass.
Navigate to Safety.
Select Site Inductions.
Step 2: Open the Worker Induction
You will see a list of site inductions for the selected project.
Locate the worker whose induction you want to export.
Click the induction to open it.
Step 3: Generate the PDF
Click More (or the available export option).
Select Download PDF.
Save the PDF to your device when prompted.
Optional: Email the Induction
Instead of downloading, you can email the induction directly to the required recipient using the available email option.
Saving inductions as PDFs is useful for compliance records, audits, and sharing with external stakeholders.
