Viewing completed risk assessments

Once a form is completed:

  • Drill-down selections are displayed in read-only mode

  • Sections can be collapsed or expanded for easier scanning

  • Descriptions added in the template remain visible

This makes it easier to review complex assessments without losing structure.

PDF output

Drill-Down Select blocks are PDF-safe and render reliably.

In PDFs:

  • The full selection path is preserved

  • Descriptions appear alongside selections

  • Layout matches the on-screen view

This ensures risk assessments are suitable for compliance, audits, and sharing.

CSV export

When exporting form responses:

  • Drill-down selections export with their full path

  • Each row reflects the complete hazard β†’ scenario β†’ control selection

  • Data remains usable for reporting and analysis

Why this matters

  • Clear audit trails

  • Consistent compliance records

  • No loss of structure in exports

  • Improved review experience for admins and auditors
