Step 1: Open Your BuildPass Worker App
Launch the BuildPass application on your mobile device.
Step 2: Navigate to the Certifications Wallet
From the main screen of the app, locate the Certifications or Certification Wallet icon, typically found in the bottom navigation bar. Tap this icon to proceed.
Step 3: Initiate Adding a New Certification
Within your Certification Wallet, you will see your existing certifications (if any). To add a new one, tap the "Add New" button, usually positioned at the top right of the screen.
Step 4: Select the Certification Type
A comprehensive list of available certification types will appear. Scroll through this list to find the specific certification you need to add (e.g., Construction Induction White Card, High Risk Work Licence, Driver's Licence, Asbestos Awareness, etc.).
Tap the "+" icon located next to the relevant certification name.
Step 5: Enter Certification Details and Upload Document
Upon selecting the certification type, you will be prompted to input essential details for your qualification.
This typically includes:
Certification Number: The unique identifying number found on your certificate or card.
Issued Date: The date your certification was originally issued.
Expiry Date: The date your certification expires (if applicable).
Upload Document: You will have the option to capture a photo of your physical certification or upload a digital copy (e.g., a PDF or image file) directly from your device's gallery. Ensure the document is clear and all relevant information is visible for verification purposes.
Step 6: Save Your Certification
Once all required details have been accurately entered and your document has been uploaded, tap the "Save" or "Add" button to finalise the process.
Your newly added certification will now be visible in your BuildPass Ticket Wallet, ready to be presented as required for various project inductions and compliance checks.
