There are 2 options for sharing drawing folders:
Public links: anyone can access the latest revision - no app needed
Workers: show the latest version only to inducted workers, whether they're scanning a project QR code or using the BuildPass Worker App
Sharing a public link to a folder
Step 1: Navigate to Drawings and create a folder
Step 2: Move drawings into the folder you'd like to share
Step 3: Under folder settings, switch the visibility from Internal to Public
You now have a link for anyone to access the latest revision, which can also be downloaded as a QR code.
Sharing a folder with inducted workers
Step 1: Navigate to Drawings and create a folder
Step 2: Move drawings into the folder you'd like to share
Step 3: Under folder settings, enable "Visible to inducted workers"
Any workers that are inducted can access the latest revision. They can do this by scanning a project QR code or using the BuildPass Worker App and clicking into Drawings.
