The QR code poster lets workers quickly access BuildPass by scanning it on site.
Step 1: Select Your Project
Log in to BuildPass.
Navigate to your Projects list.
Select the project you want to generate a QR code for.
Step 2: Open the Project Home
From within the project, click Home.
Step 3: Locate the QR Code Section
Scroll down the Project Home page.
Find the QR code section for the project.
Step 4: Download or Copy the QR Code
You have two options:
Download the QR code poster to print and display on site, or
Copy the QR code to use in emails, documents, or signage.
Once generated, place the QR code poster in a visible location on site so workers can easily scan it when arriving.
How to share the QR code link
If a worker is unable to scan the QR code poster, you can share the QR code link directly with them. The link works exactly the same as scanning the physical QR code; workers can complete their induction and sign on as normal.
To find the link, return to the QR Code section on the project home screen and copy the link provided.
