Log in to your BuildPass account and navigate to Home.

Select the SWMS to review and click on it.

Click Next to navigate through different sections of the SWMS.

On the right-hand side, you'll find a Form; click "Yes" for each question.

If you answer "No," scroll to the bottom and click "Request Changes." This will send the Form and the SWMS back to the Company, requesting updates.
