This is the form that appears on the right hand side of the page when you view your SWMS within BuildPass. This is used to guide your team through the review of SWMS to ensure that all relevant hazards a checked off and the SWMS is addressed to the right parties.
Can I customise my SWMS review form?
The SWMS review form can be changed but requires that these changes be made by a member of the BuildPass support team. To request changes, please contact us via the live chat or at [email protected]
