To ensure workers certifications are always kept up to date, you can enable the Advanced Sign-On Setting to Prevent Sign-On with Invalid Certifications. This feature helps maintain compliance and safety by prompting workers to update certifications whenever they arrive on site.
Follow these steps to enable this feature:
Navigate to the Sign-On tab.
Scroll down to find the Advanced Settings section.
Enable Prevent Sign-On with Invalid Certifications
Please note, this setting will also prevent sign-ons for Certifications where updates have been requested.
Once enabled, any worker requiring updated Certifications (whether they be expired or rejected by your team) will be prevented from signing on to the site.
