The AI Template Generator helps you build templates faster by generating a structured form based on a short description of what you need. You can refine the template using AI or manually edit it at any time.
Step 1: Open the Templates Section
From your project overview, navigate to Forms.
Scroll down and click Templates.
Step 2: Start a New Template
Click Create Template.
Select Ask our AI Template Assistant to help you.
Step 3: Describe the Template You Need
Enter a short description of the template you want to create.
Example: “Please create an injury report.”The AI Template Generator will create a draft template based on your input.
Step 4: Preview the Generated Template
Review the generated template in the preview panel.
Check that the structure and questions match your requirements.
Step 5: Refine the Template Using AI (Optional)
If changes are needed, enter another instruction.
Example: “Please add a yes/no section to the injury report.”The AI will update the template based on your request.
Step 6: Use the Template
Scroll through the updated template to confirm all sections are correct.
Click Use This Template to apply it.
Step 7: Make Manual Edits (Optional)
You can further customise the template using the standard template editor.
Add, remove, or rearrange blocks as needed.
Step 8: Request Further AI Changes (Optional)
If you want additional AI-generated updates, return to the AI Template Generator.
Enter new instructions to refine the template further.
Using the AI Template Generator allows you to create structured templates quickly while retaining full control over the final result.
