BuildPass allows you to create inspection templates using AI, helping you save time and quickly generate structured templates based on your requirements.
Step 1: Open Inspection Templates
Navigate to Inspections.
Click on the Templates tab.
Step 2: Start Creating a Template
Click Create Template.
Select Ask our AI Template Assistant to begin.
Step 3: Describe Your Template
Enter a brief description of the inspection template you need
(for example: “Injury Report” or “Site Safety Inspection”).The AI will generate a template based on your input.
Step 4: Review the Generated Template
Review the template carefully to ensure it meets your requirements.
You can make edits or adjustments if needed.
Step 5: Use and Save the Template
Click Use This Template if you’re happy with the result.
Select Save Template to add it to your account.
Your new inspection template will now be available for use across your projects.
