A form template in BuildPass is a reusable form structure used to standardise how information is collected. Templates help ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance by making sure the right questions are asked every time.

Form templates can be used for anything from routine site checks to detailed reports and audits.

Why Use Form Templates?

Form templates help you:

  • Maintain consistent data collection

  • Reduce manual setup for repeated tasks

  • Improve compliance and reporting accuracy

  • Save time by reusing existing structures

  • Adapt forms to different scenarios using logic and settings
