Access form templates allow you to define who has access to a form template and what level of access they have, helping you manage permissions efficiently.

Step 1: Open the Forms Templates

  • Navigate to Forms.

  • Select the Templates tab.

Step 2: Open Manage Access Templates

  • Click More within the Templates section.

  • Select Manage Access Templates from the dropdown menu.

Step 3: Create a New Access Template

  • Click Create Access Template to begin.

Step 4: Enter Template Details

  • Enter a name for the access template.

  • Select the person or group you want to grant access to.

Step 5: Set Access Permissions

Choose the appropriate permission level:

  • Read and Write β€” allows users to view and edit the template

  • View Only β€” allows users to view the template without making changes

Review the General Access section to confirm permissions are set correctly.

Step 6: Save the Access Template

  • Click Submit to save and finalise the access template.

Your access form template is now ready to use.
