Where to Find Pending Permits
You can view permits awaiting approval in either location:
Project Overview under Permits to Review
The Permits page
A permit marked Waiting Review means:
The worker has submitted their application
The permit has not yet been approved
Review a Permit Application
Click on the permit with a Waiting Review status.
Review the worker’s:
Certifications
Submitted permit application details
Request Changes to a Permit
If required information is missing or incorrect:
Select Request Changes.
The worker will receive a text message prompting them to resubmit the permit.
The worker can reuse their previous responses and update only what’s needed.
Approve a Permit
To approve the permit:
Click the Approve (green) button.
The worker will receive a text message notification confirming they are approved to start work.
Additional Communication
You can send questions or instructions to the worker using the message function in the permit’s activity log.
All communication is recorded for reference and compliance.
