How to Use the Notices module to share daily information and acknowledgement

The worker pre-starts module is a useful tool for getting daily information out to workers and ensuring that they acknowledge it. Here is a step-by-step guide on how to use this module:

Step 1: Go to the Notices module

To create a pre-start notice, go to the Site Management section and select "Notices".

Step 2: Create a Notice

Click on the "create notice" button to begin creating a pre-start message. Enter the information about the day, such as any safety hazards or equipment issues that workers need to be aware of. After you have filled in the necessary information, click on the "create" button to save the pre-start message. Be sure to schedule your notice for the right day or days as to ensure it is seen by workers when they arrive on site.

Once your notice is live it, any workers who sign on to site will be required to acknowledge the message as they arrive on site. If the pre-start message is shown for multiple days workers will only see and acknowledge it once.

If you would like to get the notice template used in your pre-start messaging, upload the template you would like added here and our team will get this setup for you.
