How to create a notice

Share important daily information with workers and ensure they acknowledge it before signing on to site.

How to Create a Notice

Step 1: Go to the Notices Module

  • Navigate to Site Management on the left hand side menu

  • Select Notices


Step 2: Create a Notice

  • Click Create Notice on the upper right section

  • Enter the information you want workers to see (e.g. safety hazards, site updates, or key reminders)

  • Schedule the Notice for the appropriate day or date range

  • Enable the option "Run over multiple days?" to schedule a Notice for a date range and specify the End Date.

  • Enable the option "Show to workers each day during period?" if you want Workers to see and acknowledge the Notice each day during the period.

  • Click Create to save


Step 3: Share the Notice with Workers

  • When workers arrive on site, they will scan the QR code to sign on

  • During sign-on, the Notice will be displayed

  • Workers must acknowledge the Notice before they can complete sign-on


Additional Information

  • Notices can be scheduled for one or multiple days

  • Workers will only be prompted to acknowledge the same Notice once. If the Notice is scheduled for a date range, you can enable the option "Show to workers each day during period?" so Workers can see and acknowledge the Notice each day during the period.
