Step 1: Access the Company Settings page
The first step is to access the Company settings page in BuildPass. Click on Settings on the bottom left hand side menu then click on Company settings to access the Company settings page (Settings > Company settings).
Step 2: Enter Your Company Name
The next step is to enter your Company name in the Company name field. Type in your company name as it should appear on any document or correspondence.
Step 3: Add Your Company Logo
Many software platforms allow you to add a Company logo to your account. To do this, look for an option to upload an image or add a logo. On the BuildPass Company settings page, click on the Company logo box/field and select the file that contains your company logo. Once you've selected the file, it should upload automatically.
Step 5: Set up required company-wide Certifications
Some software platforms allow you to set up required certifications that are required for all employees or contractors. To do this, look for an option to set up certifications. In the BuildPass Company settings page, click on the "Add certifications" button and select the type of certification that you want to set up. For example, you may choose to require a White card for all employees who need to complete an induction.
Step 6: Every change you make is Automatically Saved
Once you've entered all of the necessary information and selected any required certifications, it is automatically saved. This will ensure that your company details and settings are saved and will be applied to all future projects or tasks.
