How to export a drawing register to CSV

Why export your drawings register?

Exporting to CSV is useful when you need an offline record of your drawings, want to share the register with someone who doesn't have BuildPass access, or need to review all drawings across a project at a glance.

How to export your drawings register

Step 1 β€” Select your project

From the top left corner of BuildPass, select the project you want to export a drawings register for.

Step 2 β€” Navigate to the Drawings module

From the left-hand navigation, open the Drawings module.

Step 3 β€” Go to the All Drawings tab

At the top of the Drawings module, make sure you're on the All Drawings tab.

Step 4 β€” Open the options menu and export

Select the three dots (...) menu available on the page. From the options that appear, select Export Drawings Register.

BuildPass will generate and download a CSV file containing all current documents within that folder. This file is your drawings register export.
