Before you start

Visitor sign-on questions are managed using templates in Manage Templates.

You can:

  2. Select Safety.

  3. Open the Sign ons module.

  4. Select More.

  5. Select Manage Templates.

  6. Under the Visitor Sign-on heading:

    • Select Create default to create a company-wide default template, or

    • Create or select an existing template to assign to specific projects

  7. Select the three dots next to the relevant template.

  8. Select Edit.

  9. Update your questions as required.

  10. Save your changes.

Assign a template to projects

  1. In Manage Templates, locate your Visitor Sign-on template.

  2. Select the three dots next to the relevant template.

  4. Assign it to one or multiple projects as required.

  5. Save your changes.

Important to know

  • If a default template is set, it can apply across all projects.

  • You can create multiple Visitor Sign-on templates.

  • Templates can be assigned to one or multiple projects.

  • After saving, test the visitor sign-on flow on the relevant project to confirm the questions appear as expected.
