How do I change the Visitor Sign On Questions?

Visitor sign on questions are company-wide and can only be updated by the BuildPass support team.

Visitor sign on questions in BuildPass are managed as a single template for your entire company and apply to all projects.

To request updates to your company’s visitor sign on questions:

  • Contact BuildPass Support by emailing [email protected]

  • Call the support team on 03 9917 4285

  • Submit a support chat through your BuildPass Admin Portal

Include these details to help the support team process your request quickly:

  • Your company name and BuildPass account information

  • The specific questions to add, update or remove

  • Which questions must be mandatory

  • Any special instructions or requirements

Keep in mind:

  • Visitor sign on questions are set at the company level, not per project

  • Updates will apply across all your projects

  • It’s not possible to have different visitor sign on questions for individual projects

Once your changes are made, you’ll get a confirmation from the BuildPass Support team. Test the visitor sign on process to make sure it’s working as expected. If you need any tweaks, just reach out again.
