How do I change the visitor sign-on questions?

Visitor sign-on questions are managed at a company level and updated by the BuildPass support team.

Visitor sign-on questions in BuildPass are configured as a single company-wide template. The same questions apply across all projects and cannot be edited directly within the platform.


How to Request Changes

To update your visitor sign-on questions, contact the BuildPass support team and request a change.

You can reach support via:

  • The black chat box in your BuildPass Admin portal

  • Phone: (03) 9917 4285


Information to Include in Your Request

Providing the following details will help the support team process your request faster:

  • Your company name and BuildPass account details

  • The questions you want to add, update, or remove

  • Which questions should be mandatory

  • Any special instructions or requirements


Important to Know

  • Visitor sign-on questions are set at the company level

  • Changes apply to all projects

  • Different visitor sign-on questions cannot be set per project

Once the update is complete, the BuildPass support team will confirm the changes. You can then test the visitor sign-on flow to ensure everything is working as expected.
