Step 1: Navigate to Defects
Click on "Defects" on the left hand side menu under the Quality assurance section to access the Defects page.
Step 2: Select the Defect
Select the specific Defect you want to close out or resolve.
Step 3: Change the Status
Click on "Change status" on the upper right section and select the desired status for the defect.
Update the defect’s status based on its resolution:
Resolved: Indicates the defect has been resolved successfully.
Blocked: Means the defect cannot be resolved at the moment but is not cancelled.
Cancelled: Indicates the defect is no longer relevant and has been cancelled.
