Access Project Overview: Log in to your BuildPass account and navigate to the project you want to communicate with workers on.
Go to Messages: On the left-hand side of the project overview page, find and click on the "Messages" option.
Create a New Message: Within the messages section, locate the option to create a new message. Click on it.
Compose Your Message: In the message composition area, type in the message you want to send to your workers. For example, you can write "site, delivery, 12pm."
Select Workers Signed On Today: Look for an option that allows you to select workers who are currently signed on for the day. Click on this option.
Choose Workers: A list of workers signed on today will appear. Select all the workers you want to send the message to. You can typically do this by checking a box next to their names.
Send the Messages: Once you've selected the desired workers, locate the "Send Message" button or a similar option. Click on it to send your message to the selected workers.
Confirmation: Your message will now be sent to all the workers signed on for the day. You should receive a confirmation or see a notification indicating that the message has been sent successfully.
