To request specific documents, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Companies module from the meny.
Click the checkbox next to the subcontractor's name to reveal action options.
Choose Request Documents from the available actions.
In the request form:
Specify the documents needed, such as SWMS, insurances, or safety data sheets.
Add any custom documents by typing their names into the provided field. For example, you can request a scope of works.
Assign the request to the most relevant contact by selecting their name.
Include a custom message, if needed, to provide additional context or instructions.
Once everything is filled out, click Send. The request will be sent directly to your subcontractor for action.
Please note any custom documents received will appear in "other documents" in the documents module.
