Form Filters

Show Archived Forms: Toggle this option to view archived forms. This is useful when looking for a specific archived form among others that are incomplete.

Filter by Location: Narrow the checklists based on specific locations within your project.

Form Categories: Filter your forms by categories, such as OHS, Inspections, or Internals. For example, selecting Inspections will only display Inspection Forms.

Filters within a Form

Once you open a Form, you can refine further using:

  • Admin Users: View forms completed by a specific admin.

  • Workers: Filter forms completed by a particular worker.

  • Location: Focus on forms within a selected location.

  • Public Responses: Toggle this option to view only forms with public responses.

  • Project-Specific: Limit the view to forms that pertain to your current project.

  • Date Range: Use the date filter to see forms completed within a specific time frame.

To apply any filter, select your criteria, then click Apply and Close. The module will update to show only the forms that match your selected options.
