Form list filters

From the main Forms module, you can apply the following filters:

  • Show archived forms
Toggle this option to include archived forms in your list. This is useful if you need to locate a form that has already been completed or archived.

  • Filter by location
Narrow the list to forms associated with a specific project location.

  • Form categories
Filter forms by category, such as OHS, Inspections, or Internals. For example, selecting Inspections will only display inspection-related forms.

Filters within a form

After opening a form, you can apply additional filters to refine the responses you see:

  • Admin users
View forms completed by a specific admin user.

  • Workers
Filter responses submitted by a particular worker.

  • Location
Focus on form responses linked to a selected location.

  • Public responses
Toggle this option to show only forms with public responses.

  • Project-specific
Limit results to forms associated with the current project.

  • Date range
View forms completed within a specific time period.

Applying filters

To apply any filter:

  1. Select your desired filter options.

  2. Click Apply and Close.

The Forms module will update to display only the forms that match your selected criteria.
