Step 1: Access the Project Home Page

Step 2: Go to Forms

Once you're on the project home page, look for the navigation menu or sidebar and click on "Forms." This will take you to the page where you can view all the Forms that have been created for the project.

Step 3: Select the Form to Export

From the list of forms available, identify and click on the form that you want to export as a PDF. This will open the selected form for you to review.

Step 4: Access the Export Options

Within the form view, locate the "More" option on the top right-hand corner of the screen. Click on it to open a dropdown menu with additional actions.

Step 5: Choose "Download PDF"

In the dropdown menu, you'll find various options related to the form. Among them, select "Download PDF" to initiate the process of exporting the form into a PDF format.

Step 6: View the PDF Version

After clicking "Download PDF," a new tab will open in your web browser, displaying the form in PDF format. From here, you have a couple of choices:

Option A: Download the PDF

To save the PDF on your computer or device, locate the download icon (usually represented by an arrow pointing down) in the PDF viewer and click on it. Choose a destination folder for the PDF file and save it.

Option B: Print the PDF

If you prefer a physical copy of the form, use the print option available in the PDF viewer. Click on the print icon (often represented by a printer icon), configure the print settings as desired, and then click "Print."
