How to Create a Notice
Step 1: Go to the Notices Module
Navigate to Site Management
Select Notices
Step 2: Create a Notice
Click Create Notice
Enter the information you want workers to see (e.g. safety hazards, site updates, or key reminders)
Schedule the Notice for the appropriate day or date range
Click Create to save
Step 3: Share the Notice with Workers
When workers arrive on site, they will scan the QR code to sign on
During sign-on, the Notice will be displayed
Workers must acknowledge the Notice before they can complete sign-on
Additional Information
Notices can be scheduled for one or multiple days
Workers will only be prompted to acknowledge the same Notice once
