BuildPass sends these texts on behalf of the company you're working with (your builder, head contractor or site team) for the projects you're connected to.
Why am I getting these texts?
A company using BuildPass has your number for a project you're linked to. The texts are operational, such as site updates, delivery notices, sign-on reminders, and safety or compliance notices. BuildPass is not a marketing platform, and these are not marketing messages.
How do I stop them?
Every non-critical text includes an unsubscribe link, shown as Unsub: follows by a short link. Tap it to open a page (no login needed) where we’ll stop that type of message in one tap. You can also stop more types if you choose.
Is there anything I can't turn off?
Yes. For safety and security, you will always receive emergency alerts sent through the Emergency Module, as well as login and verification codes (one-time passcodes). These cannot be switched off.
I stopped the texts. How do I start getting them again?
Let the company sending them know (your site admin or builder), and they can turn them back on for you. If you still have one of the original messages, you can reopen its unsubscribe link and switch that message type back on.
I'm getting texts I didn't expect and want them to stop.
Tap the unsubscribe link on the message. If you can't find a link or need a hand, contact BuildPass support, and we'll help.
