SMS Disruption — Outbound Messages Currently Affected

We're aware of an issue affecting outbound SMS notifications sent from BuildPass. We understand how important these messages are for your team on site, and we want to keep you informed as we work through this.

What's happening

Our SMS provider is currently experiencing issues that are causing outbound messages from BuildPass to be blocked. Everything on our end is operating normally, the disruption is sitting with our third-party provider, and we're in direct contact with them to get this resolved as quickly as possible.

What's still working ✅

  • Worker App and Web sign-on verification codes are not affected and are working as normal.

What happens when this is resolved

You don't need to do anything. Once our SMS provider is back online, any messages sitting in a pending state will push through automatically. No action required from your end.
