Managing your billing details in BuildPass is simple and can be done at any time with your Company Settings. From here, you can update your payment method, review recent payments, and contact support about your subscription.
Accessing the Billing tab
You can manage your account billing details directly in BuildPass's Settings.
To access your billing details:
Click Settings in the bottom left corner of the platform
Select Company Settings
Click the Billing tab at the top of the page
Adding a new payment method
If you need to add a new payment method:
Select the option to add a payment method
Enter your payment details
Save your changes
Your new payment method will then be stored against your account.
Updating an existing payment method
If a payment method is already saved, it can be updated at any time:
Click the Payment Method button
Enter your updated payment details
Confirm the changes
The updated details will apply to future billing cycles.
Payment options
BuildPass supports the following payment methods:
Credit card
Bank transfer
Accepted credit cards include VISA, Mastercard, and AMEX.
Viewing recent payments
Any recent payments made on your account will appear below your payment method details in the Billing tab. This provides a clear and accessible record of transactions for reference.
Managing your Billing
If you need to make changes beyond updating your payment method, such as modifying your subscription:
Select Manage Billing within the Billing tab
This will open the support chat, where a member of the Support team can assist with your subscription enquiry.
Who can access the Billing tab?
Access to the Billing tab is available to:
Owner users
Manager Admin users
These user types can view and update the company account's billing details.
