The Scheduling module in BuildPass now highlights potential conflicts when you assign subcontractors to tasks. This helps you spot overlapping bookings and manage your resources more effectively.

When you select a subcontractor while scheduling:

  • Subcontractors with conflicts are marked with clear visual indicators

  • If you choose a subcontractor with a conflict, detailed information about the conflict appears

  • You can quickly see which subcontractors are already booked for the same timeframe

This helps you:

  • Avoid double-booking subcontractors

  • Allocate resources more efficiently

  • Save time by spotting scheduling clashes in advance

  • Maximise subcontractor availability across all projects

You’ll see conflict details automatically when:

  • Creating new tasks in the Scheduling module

  • Selecting subcontractors from the dropdown

  • Editing existing tasks

Keep in mind, BuildPass won’t stop you from scheduling overlapping tasks — use this information to make the best decision for your project.
