How do I set who is notified of new permits for my project

Go to Settings.

Select Permits.

Choose the individuals to assign permit notifications to.

Customize Notification Settings

Click on your initials in the top corner.

Select Notification Settings.

Navigate to the Permit section.

Adjust the notification settings as needed.
