How do I add a worker and their certifications to BuildPass?

Manually induct a worker using this step-by-step guide for completing the induction process.

Please note this process should only be done for workers who cannot do their induction. Workers who you create will still need to re-induct on their device.

Manually Adding a Worker and Their Certifications

1. Navigate to the People Menu

  • Go to People and select Workers.

2. Manually Add a Worker

  • Click Manually Add Worker.

  • Fill in the required information.

  • Click Create Worker to finalize.

3. Access the Worker's Profile

  • Locate and open the newly created worker's profile (e.g., "Test Worker").

4. Add a Certification

  • Click Add Certification on the worker's profile.

  • Select the Certification Type.

  • Upload the relevant Image of the certification.

  • Click Create Certification to save.
