If you're not seeing emails from BuildPass, or they’re landing in spam, you may need to update your email settings to allow our messages through. Follow the steps below to mark BuildPass as a safe sender in Outlook, Microsoft 365, or Gmail.

Outlook and Microsoft 365 Users

To help emails from [email protected] and [email protected] arrive correctly in Outlook, follow these steps:

Add BuildPass emails as safe senders in Outlook

Allow BuildPass emails in Microsoft 365 Admin (if applicable)

If your organisation manages email via the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, an admin will need to:

Optionally allow entire BuildPass domains

  • Under the same Allowed domains section, add:

    • buildpass.ai

    • buildpass.com.au

Check your Junk folder for missed emails

  • Open your Junk Email folder

  • If any BuildPass messages appear, right-click them

  • Choose Mark as Not JunkAlways trust email from this sender

Still having issues?

Ask your IT admin to check:

  • That no rules are blocking external automated emails

  • The Message Trace tool in Microsoft 365 to confirm delivery
