This feature helps ensure compliance with project requirements by verifying credentials, safety records, and financial stability. Follow the steps to effectively utilise pre-qualification for your projects.

Step 1: Accessing Prequalifications

Within the project management settings, locate the prequalifications tab. Here, you'll find a list of prequalifications that have been submitted for the selected project.

Step 2: Reviewing Prequalification Submissions

Upon accessing the prequalifications, you'll see submissions that have been generated and assigned to specific companies, review the content of each submission thoroughly.

Step 3: Approving or Rejecting Submissions

If the prequalification submission meets the necessary criteria, you have the option to approve it. Alternatively, if adjustments are required, you can provide feedback by adding a note indicating the necessary changes. Subsequently, you can choose to approve or reject the submission based on the provided feedback.
